For students transferring to DHS, CHSAA requires additional information (Form 9) to determine eligibility. This step will also be available on the ArbiterAthlete site on which both transfer students and their parent must create an account.
All Athletics and Marching Band require a signed, current doctor's physical. All activities require the signature page of the Student Code of Conduct and no physical is required. A link to the Code is at the bottom of this page.
There is a fee for each card. Please see the Athletics/Activities Code of Conduct for more information on the fees and their financial caps. Now accepting Credit and Debit cards for registration payments.
Links to the Red and White Card forms below -- part of the former registration process -- are no longer required to register for activities at DHS. Please create your ArbiterAthlete accounts online and complete the process through that site. Red cards and White cards are no longer given for students to provide to the coaches as proof of registration. Proof of registration will be communicated between the Athletics/Activities Office and the Coaching staff directly, once the online process has been completed by the student and parents.
